Prepare: Add yourself: 250 g mushrooms. 2 onions. 1 winter carrot. 450 g beef steaks. 700 g of potatoes. Preparation: See the front for the ingredients to add yourself. Chop the onions, cut the mushrooms into quarters and the carrot into cubes. Cut the meat into small cubes. Peel the potatoes. Preparation method: 1) Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it. Add 500 ml of water and bring to the boil. Let it simmer for 1 hour with the lid on the pan. (Make sure there is about 400 ml of water left in the pan after the hour of stewing). 2) When the meat has been stewing for about 1 hour; heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onions, mushrooms and carrot for a few minutes. Then add 100 ml of water and the contents of this sachet and mix well. Then add the whole thing to the stewed meat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes with the lid on the pan. Stir occasionally. 3) Meanwhile, cook the potatoes. Serve the stew and the boiled potatoes separately.
