Requirements:
1 pack Koopmans boerencake mix
200g butter or margerine
4 eggs (M)
Preparation:
Place the rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven at 160C
Grease the cake tin with butter or margarine or use a baking spray (eg Dr. Oetker).
Dust the tin with some flour and whisk out the excess flour.
In a mixing bowl, beat the butter with the mixer until soft and creamy.
Add the cake mix and eggs all at once.
Stir with the mixer on the lowest setting in 1 minute until smooth.
Beat the batter with the mixer on the highest setting in 3 minutes to a fluffy batter.
Put the batter in the cake tin.
Bake the cake in 60-70 minutes and golden brown.
Remove the cake from the baking tin and place it on a grid and let the cake cool.
