Requirements:

1 pack of Koopmans Hartige

The bottom

50 g of butter or margarine

50 ml of water ( 3 tablespoons)

The sauce

100 g of grated cheese

150 ml of milk

3 eggs (M)

The filling

Optionally, for example 200 g ham strips, 250 g mushrooms, 400 g broccoli and 1 onion (75 g).

Oven temperature

Electric oven: 200 C.

Convection oven: 180 C.

Gas oven: position 4-5.

Kitchenware

Springform or oven dish 22-25 cm.

Mixer with dough hooks and garden.

Preparation time: approximately 30 minutes.

Baking time: 30-40 minutes.

Preparation method

Place a rack in the bottom of the oven and pre-heat the oven.

The bottom

Put the bottom mix, 50 g butter and 50 ml water in a mixing bowl.

Knead with a mixer with dough hooks to a smooth dough.

Leave the dough in the bowl, covered with plastic, for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Cover a greased spring form or baking dish with a thin layer of dough.

The filling

Heat some oil in a frying pan.

First fry the pre-sliced onion. Then fry the pre-cut mushrooms. Finally add the ham strips and the broccoli.

Drain off the moisture and spread the filling on the dough base.

The sauce

Put 150 ml of milk, 3 eggs and the sauce mix in a high mixing bowl.

Beat the whole in 2 minutes with the mixer with garden at the highest speed and pour it over the cake filling.

Sprinkle the 100 g grated cheese over the savory pie.

Oven

Bake the savory pie in 30-40 minutes until golden and brown.

Tips & Variations

Vary endlessly by adding your favorite ingredients to the filling for savory pie (for example, peppers, zucchini, chicken, tomatoes).
