Bread machine Requirements

1 pack of Koopmans Multigrain bread

250 ml cold water

20 g butter or margarine Preparation for the bread maker

Put 250 ml of water in the baking tin.

Then add the bread mix and the 20 g of butter.

Set the bread maker to the desired program and start the program.

Allow the baked bread to cool on a rack. Because bread baking machines with different capacity sizes are available, it is best to consult the instructions for the bread baking machine.

Oven temperature Electric oven: 220 C Convection oven: 200 C Gas oven: level 5-6

Preparation: 20 min.

Rising time: 45 min.

Baking time approx. 25 minutes.

Oven preparation method

1. Put the mix and the butter in a mixing bowl (keep one level tablespoon mix for decoration) and add the 250 ml of water.

2. Knead in a smooth dough with a mixer with dough hooks in about 4 minutes.

3. Let the dough rise in the bowl, covered with cling film, for 10 minutes at room temperature.

4. Flatten the dough and pull it out into a piece.

5. Fold the piece in three and close it again.

6. Roll the cloth tightly into a rolling pin.

7. Place the rolling pin with the seam facing down on a baking sheet with baking paper.

8. If you want to decorate the bread with the retained mix, first brush it with water. You can also add extra seeds and seeds.

9. Place a tea towel on the rolling pin and let the dough proof for 45 minutes.

10. Pre-heat the oven 15 minutes before baking.

11. Bake the bread at the bottom of the oven for about 25 minutes until cooked and browned.
