Preparation:
Add:  - 4 medium-sized tomatoes  - 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk.  2 As soon as the soup boils, add the diced tomatoes.  3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close completely) and, while stirring occasionally, let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes.
Garnish the soup with the finely chopped parsley.  
Variation tip In step 2, add 150 g of extra beef soup balls and 50 g of finely chopped green onion.
