Preparation:
Add:  - 150 g beef soup balls  - 125 g carrot  - 3 large spring onions
1 Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring it to the boil, stirring with a whisk.  2 As soon as the soup boils, add the beef soup balls, the sliced carrot and finely chopped spring onions.  3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close completely) and, while stirring occasionally, let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes.
Variation tip After cooking for 10 minutes, add 2 beaten eggs to the soup and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish the soup with 2 tbsp. parsley.
