Preparation:
Add: - 1 small carrot (50 g)  - 250 g drained kidney beans  - 125 g bacon
1 Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1 liter of cold water, stir well with a whisk and bring the soup to the boil.  2 Add the diced carrot, the kidney beans and the bacon.  3 Turn down the heat when the soup is boiling. With regular stirring, let the soup simmer for another 15 minutes (without lid).  4 Turn off the heat and let the soup stand in the pan for 5 minutes (without the lid).
Variation tip for a spicier variant, add a pinch of chili powder in step 2.
