Content: Broth Soup vegetables Vermicelli
Good for 2 liters of homemade soup. Requirements (for 2 liters of soup)
Add: 1 Knorr Vegetable Soup Package 200 g minced meat (balls)
1. Turn 200 g (unseasoned) minced meatballs. Bring these balls to the boil with 2 liters of water (do not add salt). Do not put a lid on the pan. 2. Sprinkle the contents of the bag of broth in the boiling water. 3. Then add the bag of soup vegetables and the bag of vermicelli. Put the lid on the pan (do not close completely) and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
