Preparation:
Add: 500 g of green beans 300 g of rice Conimex Wok oil
1. Cook the rice according to the preparation method on the package.
2. Halve the green beans and cook for approx. 5 minutes.
3. Heat 2 tbsp wok oil in a wok. Stir fry the green beans for about 2 minutes.
4. Add the boemboe and 200 ml of water. Bring to the boil while stirring.
5. Simmer for 5-10 minutes on medium heat until the sauce has the desired thickness.
6. Serve with the rice.
Tasty with: Boemboe Rendang Vlees.
