PREPARATION METHOD: Add: - 500 g beef stew  - 4 medium onions  - 2 medium red peppers  - 300 g rice - 750 ml water
1. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a frying pan. Bake the sliced stew brown. Briefly fry the chopped onions and the sliced bell peppers.
2. Add 250 ml of water. Bring to the boil. Let it simmer for about 2 hours with the lid on the pan, add water if necessary, to prevent dry boiling.
3. When the meat is tender and tender, add 500 ml of water and Honig base for Goulash. Bring to the boil. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Meanwhile, cook the rice as indicated on its packaging and serve the goulash with the rice and garnish with some parsley if necessary.
