Preparation:
Cut 400 gr. chicken fillet into small cubes. Heat margarine or oil in a saucepan or wok. Cook the chicken over high heat. Add the sauce and heat with medium stirring for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat. Serve your dishes with rice.
Vegetable tips: Bake a small leek cut into rings with the chicken. for a nice sweet sauce, add extra pieces of peach to the sauce at the end.
Serve a fresh cucumber salad with your dish.
Serves 3-4 people.
