This is how you make extra creamy pastry cream. BAKING WITH patisserie cream Replace 500 ml cold milk with 400 ml cold milk and 1 egg to bake with the pastry cream. Have fun baking!
Preparation: Requirements: 
1 sachet Dr. Oetker Pastry Cream 
• 500 ml cold (semi-skimmed) milk 
• Mixer with whisks 
• Batter bowl Preparation method: 
1. Put 500 ml cold milk and the Mix for Pastry Cream in a bowl and mix the whole with a whisk or mixer on the middle setting. 
2. Beat for a minute on the highest setting until smooth. 
3. Let the pastry cream stiffen for about 5 minutes in the refrigerator and top or fill your baking with the cream.
