Preparation method
1. Put the 75 g of raisins in lukewarm water (approximately 15 minutes) and pat them dry. 2. Place the rack slightly below the center of the oven and pre-heat the oven. 3. Grease the spring form with butter or use a baking spray. 4. Stir the 175 g butter gently into a mixing bowl and add the mix and 2/3 of the beaten egg. 5. Knead the whole with a mixer with dough hooks or by hand to form a coherent dough. 6. Cover the bottom and the edge of the springform with 2/3 of the dough. If the dough is too sticky you can put it in the fridge for a while. 7. Peel the 6 apples, remove the cores and dice the apples. 8. Mix the apple cubes with the 20 g sugar, 2 to 3 teaspoons cinnamon and raisins. 9. Fill the mold with the apple mixture and press it. 10. Dust the counter with some flour. Roll the remaining dough into thin rolls, press them a little flat and place them crosswise over the apple mixture. 11. Brush the strips and the edge of the pie with the rest of the beaten egg. 12. Bake the apple pie in 60-75 minutes until golden and brown. 13. Allow the apple pie to cool for approximately 1 hour before removing the spring form.
