Preparation:
Add: 350g ground beef - 1 leek - 100g bean sprouts
1. Clean the leek and cut into small rings. Mix the spice mix with the minced meat and turn them into balls of approximately 2 to 3 cm.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of liquid margerine or a dash of oil in a frying pan or wok and fry the meatballs for 2 to 3 minutes until brown and tender. Add the sliced leek and let it cook for 2 minutes. add the beansprouts and cook for 1 minute.
3. Then add the sauce mix with 350ml of water. Bring to a boil while stirring and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Cook the Chinese noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3 minutes and loosen the noodles with a fork. Drain the noodles in a colander and put it back in the pan. Add the herbal oil and mix well into the noodles. Serve the meatballs and the noodles seperatetly.
