How to prepare
1: With a whisk, stir the content of this bag with 250 ml of cold water in a pan and bring to boil while stirring.
2: Add any fresh ingredients, as you like and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from heat and stir in 50 g of butter or margerine.

Tips & Variations
- Prepare the sauce with 250 ml of cooking fluid from the asparagus and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- For a spicey taste, add 10 g finely chopped parsley.
